Key Responsibilities:
Coach and motivate the team on the sales floor
Deliver outstanding customer experiences and prioritize satisfaction
Monitor metrics and implement performance action plans
Recruit, train, and develop talent through succession planning
Manage inventory, compliance, procedures, and visual merchandising
Requirements:
Three or more years of team management experience
Fashion retail experience or equivalent preferred
Strong communication, organization, planning, and prioritization skills
Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office
