Clinical Resource Nurse Acute Care

Coordinate acute care delivery as a Clinical Resource Nurse with Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority in Pine Falls, working day shifts.
This Registered Nurse supports an interdisciplinary team at Pine Falls Health Complex. The Clinical Resource Nurse contributes to therapeutic environments addressing biopsychosocial needs. The position coordinates care, promotes safety, and supports professional nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and lead care delivery for patients and families
Contribute to therapeutic environments addressing biopsychosocial needs
Uphold standards of care across acute care services
Identify care and safety issues with leadership and staff
Support quality service delivery and interdisciplinary teamwork
Requirements:
Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
Three years applicable clinical nursing experience within five years
Management or nursing leadership experience or education
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Effective clinical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
