Human Resources Advisor supporting Peterborough and Brantford, with employee relations and recruitment responsibilities in a location-flexible setting.
ANDRITZ Canada seeks an HR generalist reporting to the Director, Human Resources. You will guide employees and managers, administer HR programs, and address employee relations matters. The position supports the Peterborough location and new Brantford facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise employees and managers on engagement, performance, development, and labor relations
Lead hourly employee recruitment with hiring managers
Coordinate onboarding and new employee integration
Support Brantford facility recruitment, onboarding, and training plans
Manage disability cases and prepare monthly HR reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
Minimum five years of relevant HR generalist experience
Mandatory experience working in a unionized environment
Knowledge of employment and labor legislation
Ability to travel regularly between Peterborough and Brantford
