Finish Dozer Operator Mining Site

Operate finish dozers at Syncrude-Aurora near Fort McMurray, applying final-grade expertise while prioritizing safety on remote mining shifts.
NACG seeks Finish Dozer Operators for a 14x7, 12-hour, days-only schedule. You will operate D3 to D8 dozers, read stakes, place grades, and complete high-tolerance construction work. Experience with muskeg, roads, corridors, backfilling, sloping, and spotting supports this assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate various dozer sizes and models as assigned
Read stakes and place grades when required
Complete equipment walk-arounds and field risk assessments
Follow company, client, and legislated safety requirements
Report repairs, incidents, near misses, and damage immediately
Requirements:
Minimum three years as a civil Finish Dozer Operator
Experience operating D3 to D8 dozers or larger
Experience working on muskeg or soft, wet ground
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Proficient English and safety-first attitude
Bring final-grade dozer operation, mining experience, and disciplined safety practices to NACG’s Syncrude-Aurora site.
