MRO Customer Support Representative

Help customers find MRO products, manage returns, and resolve service questions at W.W. Grainger through product expertise and responsive communication.
As an Inside Customer Service Representative, you will support customers with sourcing, substitutions, quotes, and complaints. You will develop knowledge through research and lunch n’ learns while following safety, quality, billing, and freight procedures. Industrial or safety product knowledge is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Source requested products and recommend substitutions
Follow up on customer complaints and back orders
Process returns under Quality Systems procedures
Improve product knowledge through research and learning
Follow WFS health and safety protocols
Requirements:
One to two years previous customer service experience
Knowledge of industrial or safety products preferred
Superior interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Self-starter who takes action toward goals
Knowledge of dangerous goods and WHMIS required
Use product research, customer care, and problem-solving skills to support MRO requests and service standards at W.W. Grainger.
