Global Sourcing Inventory Coordinator

Coordinate global sourcing activities with domestic and offshore suppliers as an Inventory Analyst in Brampton, Ontario, working four days onsite weekly. Apply purchasing expertise and clear communication to keep products moving.
This one-year contract serves a global sourcing team within a large, established organization. You will liaise with suppliers, distributors, and distribution centres while tracking purchase orders, inventory, and operational data. The work suits professionals with supply chain coordination experience, strong organization, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Track purchase orders and resolve fulfillment discrepancies
Coordinate replenishment while addressing delays and overstock risks
Work with domestic and offshore suppliers to expedite deliveries
Keep sourcing teams and distribution partners aligned
Escalate time-sensitive issues and communicate stakeholder updates
Requirements:
Two or more years of relevant supply chain experience
Hands-on inventory, purchasing, and purchase order management experience
Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Experience with global sourcing or international suppliers is an asset
