This Senior Associate role supports fund administration for alternative investment fund managers through document review and operational oversight. You will assist month-end trading, audits, financial reports, risk activities, and compliance monitoring. The position also requires process improvements, policy adherence, and effective coordination across teams and jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:

Review month-end fund of funds trading activity
Assist with audits and financial reporting
Monitor risk, compliance issues, breaches, and suspicious activities
Ensure teams follow standards, policies, and procedures
Identify process improvements and drive project work
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Three to five years of related experience
Knowledge of fund of funds trading processes
Exposure to reconciliations, side-pockets, and fee calculation
Private Equity funds knowledge would be an asset
Apply trading documentation, fund accounting, risk, and compliance knowledge to strengthen Registration Services operations at State Street.
