Build across customer, growth, and operations at GeoComply in Vancouver, B.C., through an 18-month full-time graduate rotation program.
This graduate program is for recent graduates or current students from any discipline. You will rotate through three teams, owning real deliverables while learning GeoComply’s products, customers, and business. Technology tracks can include software engineering, data and analytics, machine learning, product management, cloud infrastructure, information security, and AI automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Own real deliverables during every six-month rotation
Work across technical and commercial teams
Build with AI, data, and low-code tools
Present completed work to GeoComply leadership
Improve processes that slow teams down
Requirements:
Current student or recent graduate from any discipline
Self-directed approach to messy, unclear problems
Ability to build working solutions
AI-native and data-literate working style
Clear, resilient, discreet, and collaborative communication
Develop as a GeoComply graduate leader through customer, growth, operations, or technology rotations and real ownership.
