Health Data Reporting Coordinator

Lead health data reporting for London InterCommunity Health Centre, tracking performance indicators and preparing quality reports for organizational decision-makers.
The Data Management Coordinator supports reporting across the Health Centre. This position prepares information for internal teams, senior leadership, the Board of Directors, funders, and external partners. It also follows up with program areas on data submissions and progress toward targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate appropriate Health Centre data reporting
Track organizational performance indicators
Prepare quality and performance reports
Follow up on data submissions and target progress
Monitor privacy issues and quality improvement initiatives
