Manufacturing Production Manager Cintas

Cintas seeks a manufacturing production manager to direct people, inventory, safety, and results at its Cambridge, Ontario location.
This management position carries hands-on accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results. You will lead production partners performing entry-level work on a fast-paced shift while maintaining productivity, quality, and inventory control. Safety remains central to the location's operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Direct production teams performing entry-level manufacturing work
Maintain daily production productivity and quality standards
Manage inventory control within the plant
Maintain plant safety and emphasize a safety culture
Direct daily production flow and bottom-line results
Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Active driver's license maintained in good standing
Ability to set and prioritize goals
Availability to start within two weeks of offer acceptance
Bring production management, goal-setting, inventory control, and safety leadership to Cintas manufacturing operations in Cambridge, Ontario.
