Build agentic AI workflows for people operations at Credit Genie, connecting HR systems, compensation analysis, and employee experience processes. The role works in-office five days weekly.
As an individual contributor reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will turn people programs into reliable ways of working. Your scope includes performance cycles, rewards, benefits, immigration, onboarding, offboarding, payroll connections, and workflow improvement. You will advise leaders while owning implementation.
Key Responsibilities:

Automate approved employee-record changes and reconciliation
Test, monitor, and improve workflows while resolving exceptions
Use AI-assisted analysis to identify people-program gaps
Coordinate benefits administration and immigration cases
Measure accuracy, turnaround time, and manual effort
Requirements:

Experience in people operations, business partnering, or program leadership
Demonstrated ability to implement agentic AI workflows
Technical fluency with HR systems and integrations
Low-code, API, SQL, or scripting experience is useful
Ownership from problem definition through adoption and improvement
