This Human Resources Business Partner Manager advises AVPs and District Managers on strategies supporting business objectives and HR imperatives. You will influence outcomes through data-based recommendations and guide talent initiatives with business partners and Centers of Excellence. The position requires strong knowledge across multiple HR disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
Influence business strategy through data-based insights
Advise regional leaders on key talent programs
Assess complex situations and recommend HR solutions
Align culture, talent practices, behavior, and strategy
Implement initiatives that drive organization effectiveness
Requirements:
Five to seven years of relevant HRBP experience
Strong business acumen and senior leader partnership abilities
Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and conflict management skills
Strategic thinking, active listening, and information-gathering skills
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
Use strategic consulting, workforce expertise, and analytics to influence talent decisions for TJX Canada’s regional leadership in Montreal.
