Senior Lockbox Operations Analyst
RFP
Support PNC's Toronto Lockbox organization from Mississauga with complex transaction processing, exception handling, and process management. This is an in-office, Monday-to-Friday schedule.
The Senior Operations Specialist handles transactions with moderate to high risk and financial value. You will coordinate with internal service partners, interact with external customers, and ensure required documentation supports completion. You will also serve as a process improvement resource and participate in risk mitigation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate documents and action items with service partners
Interact with external customers to complete transactions
Provide consultation and advice to internal and external customers
Review processes and recommend operational improvements
Participate in risk mitigation activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or comparable education and experience
Preferred three years of banking experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Understanding of products, services, and operational functions
Personal initiative and results-oriented approach
Bring operational judgment, customer communication, and process management skills to PNC's Senior Lockbox Operations Specialist position.
