Concord Room, from Harlo Entertainment and Big Hug Hospitality, seeks a Bar Manager for its new restaurant. You will oversee daily bar service, develop beverage programs, manage purchasing and inventory, and support bar teams. The position works closely with the Restaurant Manager to maintain service standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Spend 50% of working hours behind the bar during service
Develop feature cocktails and programs aligned with partnerships
Build supplier and brand relationships to maximize support
Consolidate liquor, beer, and wine purchasing and ordering
Manage inventory, waste, Bar Prep, and Cocktail Lab operations
Requirements:

Hands-on leadership experience working alongside bar teams
