Construction Bulldozer and Track Loader Operator

Shape construction sites with bulldozers and track loaders at Volker Stevin, using precise grading, attachment operation, and daily equipment checks.
Reporting to the Foreman, this Dozer Operator prepares sites by moving, leveling, and grading earth, rock, and other materials. The work requires safe equipment operation, accurate use of grade stakes or hand signals, and communication with supervisors and crew members. Additional heavy equipment operation may support project needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Use grade stakes or hand signals while raising or lowering terrain
Move earth, rock, debris, and soil with dozers
Operate bulldozers, track loaders, and required heavy equipment
Perform pre-operational tasks and daily equipment safety checks
Promote safety and report hazards or mechanical concerns
Requirements:

Two-plus years operating dozers in heavy civil construction
Ability to access and egress tracked equipment physically
Ability to remove debris from tracked equipment
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with acceptable abstract
Readiness for drug, alcohol, and Fit for Work testing
