People and Culture Manager

Champion culture initiatives at One Degree Organics while leading employee services, coaching, and People and Culture strategy development.
Reporting to the VP, People and Corporate, this manager supports a progressive practice within a hyper-growth, family-owned organization. The position combines employee guidance, organizational development, talent initiatives, and stakeholder partnership. You will lead a team, drive change, and develop solutions rooted in best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion One Degree’s People and Culture mission
Guide customer groups through employee issues and corrective action
Align talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, and performance initiatives
Oversee learning and development initiatives and team coaching
Forecast manpower needs with key stakeholders
Requirements:
Five or more years of progressive human resources experience
Degree in business, human resources, or related field
Strong knowledge of British Columbia Employment Standards legislation
Strong leadership, coaching, presentation, and communication skills
Experience leading and developing culturally diverse teams
Bring empathetic leadership, employment standards knowledge, and strategic People and Culture expertise to One Degree Organics.
