Investor Relations Manager Fashion Retail

Shape investor communications for Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Montréal, using financial analysis and retail market intelligence to explain growth.
As Manager, Investor Relations, you will support the Senior Director while engaging institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and capital markets partners. You will translate GDI’s financial performance, retail dynamics, and competitive landscape into clear corporate narratives. The role supports strategic planning materials, executive presentations, and special initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Board, earnings call, lender, and investor roadshow presentations
Draft press releases, scripts, Q&A documents, and investor collateral
Analyze financial markets, retail trends, and peer performance
Monitor sell-side estimates, models, commentary, and consensus shifts
Follow up with investors and analysts after engagement events
Requirements:
Minimum five years of finance or corporate finance leadership experience
Experience in investor relations, FP&A, equity research, or communications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
French and English bilingualism required for daily stakeholder engagement
Strong executive presence with compelling presentation skills
Bring financial modeling, stakeholder engagement, and strategic storytelling skills to support GDI’s investor relations and brand elevation efforts.
