Industrial Mechanic Milling Equipment
Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited
Industrial mechanics with welding, fabrication, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills can support flour production at P&H Milling in Vanscoy, Saskatchewan.
This full time permanent position maintains plant and facilities equipment for Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited’s P&H Milling division. The successful candidate conducts preventative maintenance, services machinery, and repairs equipment safely and efficiently. Certified Millwrights and registered third year apprentices or above are considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct preventative maintenance on plant equipment
Service and repair machinery according to specifications
Diagnose equipment problems using precision measuring tools
Troubleshoot hydraulic system issues
Participate in fumigation and heat treatment
Requirements:
Millwright certification or third year apprenticeship registration
Welding and fabrication experience
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Comfort working in dusty, hot, outdoor environments
Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms
Bring mechanical maintenance, fabrication, and hydraulic troubleshooting capabilities to help sustain safe, reliable flour milling equipment.
