As a WMS Superuser, you will conduct workflow, statistical, and root cause analysis using operational data. You will provide ad hoc analysis for Supply Chain leadership and operational support for DC staff. Collaboration with IT, vendors, and operations spans project design, build, testing, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct workflow, root cause, and statistical analysis
Support Supply Chain leadership with ad hoc analysis
Provide operational support and expertise to DC Operations
Engage vendors, IT, and operations during project phases
Support rotational pager coverage for Severity 1 and 2 issues
Requirements:

Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
Experience with distribution systems and connected applications
Ability to drive projects independently
Ability to collaborate across organizational levels
Power BI experience is an asset
Use distribution systems knowledge, statistical analysis, and communication skills to support informed supply chain operations at CTC.
