Supply Planning Production Scheduler

Schedule production and manage supply coordination for Barry Callebaut’s chocolate operations. Support availability commitments, raw materials, packaging, and changing customer demand.
This Production Planner organizes short-term production needs and coordinates orders among customer service, production, and traffic. You will schedule rework, maintain SAP and MRP information, validate materials, and follow purchase orders through supplier delivery. The role also supports inventory management, product returns, BCOS integrated work systems, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate orders across customer service and production
Validate production materials and maintain inventory levels
Follow raw material and packaging purchase orders
Process product returns after buyer decisions
Support BCOS integrated work systems and improvement
Requirements:
College diploma, associate degree, or equivalent experience
Three or more years planning in manufacturing
Strong skills with SAP, Word, Excel, and Windows
Awareness of manufacturing methods and procedures
Understanding of process improvement practices
Use production scheduling, SAP, and materials planning expertise to coordinate supply activities for Barry Callebaut manufacturing.
