Associate Director Broadcast Production
Content Creators
Lead broadcast and video production at Klick in a hybrid role, balancing creative quality, budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements. Own integrated content from concept through delivery.
As Associate Director, Creative Production, you will guide Canadian and U.S. client work across broadcast, video, and integrated content. You will partner with Creative, Client Services, Project Management, and production teams to make ideas executable. The work spans live-action, animation, and hybrid productions in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead productions from concept through final asset delivery
Develop scopes, schedules, production approaches, and budgets
Partner with creative and project teams on resourcing
Manage vendors, directors, studios, talent, and production partners
Guide shoots, pre-production meetings, and delivery activities
Requirements:
Six to seven-plus years of integrated production experience
Strong broadcast or commercial video production focus
End-to-end live-action, animation, or hybrid production ownership
Experience with regulated industries and compliance requirements
Canada or U.S. union and non-union production experience
Bring broadcast leadership, production planning, vendor management, and regulatory experience to Klick’s integrated creative work.
