You will examine policies, investigate property claims, and maintain costs while respecting provincial licensing regulations. The role includes detailed reporting for residential and commercial property, accurate files, and collaboration with insureds, clients, adjusters, and managers. You remain a Crawford employee while working remotely for another insurance company.
Key Responsibilities:
Examine policies and settle property claims
Investigate and analyze claims information
Prepare accurate reports and file presentations
Maintain claims costs and documented records
Support client relations with managers
Requirements:
Three or more years of functional property claims experience
Technical claims handling experience in insurance
Detailed residential and commercial reporting experience
Strong computer skills, including Office 365
Outstanding customer service and teamwork skills
Use policy examination, property investigation, reporting, and service expertise to manage claims within WorkForce Advantage contracts.
