Coordinate full-cycle recruitment across Canada and North America while partnering with bilingual hiring managers and developing candidate pipelines.
This Junior Recruiter supports workforce planning, requisition intake, hiring, and strategic recruitment guidance. The work includes job advertising, recruitment campaigns, interviews, sourcing, and candidate assessment. You will also contribute to process improvement, employer branding, and recruitment analytics for GEA.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment from workforce planning through hiring
Partner with French- and English-speaking hiring managers
Create job advertisements and engaging recruitment campaigns
Source candidates through networks, platforms, boards, and outreach
Monitor recruitment metrics and improve hiring effectiveness
Requirements:
Ability to support recruitment across Canada and North America
French- and English-speaking communication skills
Capability to conduct interviews and support candidate assessment
Ability to build critical talent pipelines
Willingness to travel as required
Support GEA recruitment through sourcing, interviewing, bilingual partnership, employer branding, and data-informed process improvement.
