Fleet Maintenance Advisor Ontario

As Fleet Maintenance Advisor, you will support Operations locations within McDougall Energy’s Fleet and Distribution department. Reporting to the Corporate Fleet Maintenance Manager, you will advise internal staff on heavy truck troubleshooting, coordinate with repair shops, and monitor standards. Maintenance software, documentation, regulatory compliance, and preventative schedules are central to this work.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical fleet maintenance support to Operations locations
Advise internal staff on heavy truck troubleshooting
Coordinate with third party repair shops when required
Monitor inspections, maintenance standards, and regulatory compliance
Review costs and validate repair billing
Requirements:
Understanding of heavy truck and trailer maintenance
Heavy truck troubleshooting knowledge
Truck and Coach 310T Technician experience is an asset
Fuel handling experience is a major asset
Knowledge of maintenance software and documentation systems
Bring heavy vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation knowledge to McDougall Energy’s Ontario fleet operations.
