Requirements:

Hold or pursue C.M.L.T.O. registration
Bring at least one year recent Blood and Tissue Bank experience
Understand current Blood and Tissue Bank standards and regulations
Demonstrate communication, computer, teamwork, and independent work skills
Understand CQI and quality assurance practices
Use Blood and Tissue Bank testing, communication, and quality assurance knowledge to support safe, effective patient care.
