As a Project Quotations Specialist, you will prepare material estimates and price quotations for customers, Account Managers, and management. You will compile bills of materials, compare manufacturer information, and coordinate costs within required bid timelines. The work supports Graybar Canada’s electrical, automation, and telecommunications distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare material cost estimates and customer price quotations
Compile bills of materials using product knowledge
Contact manufacturers for best-cost information when needed
Compare manufacturer bills and price material differences
Coordinate customer service requests, pricing, billing, and claims
Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent industry experience
Technical or post-secondary education preferred
Knowledge of electrical products and applications preferred
Strong time management, negotiation, and organizational skills
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Bring detailed estimating, electrical product knowledge, and communication skills to Graybar Canada’s Vaughan quotations team.
