Sector Controller Financial Reporting

Lead financial reporting and analysis as a Sector Controller, supporting Senior District Accountants and Operations in a computerized accounting environment.
This Sector Controller leads and supports accounting teams while overseeing monthly and quarterly reporting. The role reviews financial statements, balance sheets, operating statements, client reporting, and billings. It also partners with senior management to explain results, resolve financial issues, and support decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support Senior District Accountants
Oversee accurate monthly and quarterly financial reporting
Review balance sheet and operating statement analysis
Support internal, external, and client audits
Improve processes, controls, and efficiency
Requirements:

Post-secondary accounting degree or diploma
Accounting designation or equivalent work experience
Five years of financial accounting experience
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
