Key Responsibilities:

Oversee store operations and follow company policies and procedures
Prepare and manage weekly employee schedules
Conduct administrative and operational duties as required
Ensure health and safety standards remain followed
Process merchandising shipments, returns, and cash or card purchases
Requirements:

Minimum two to three years of retail management experience
High school diploma
Experience or education in visual merchandising
Strong time management and priority-setting skills
Ability to manage stress and take ownership
