Customs Clearance Data Analyst

Support international customs clearance at Cole International using accurate data entry, documentation review, and detail-oriented problem-solving. Flexible working conditions include overtime when needed.
As a Customs Analyst, you will help process international shipments and keep clearance activities moving smoothly. You will review customs documentation, communicate with customers, and respond promptly to requests. The position also includes office administration, discrepancy reporting, and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and process shipment data for customs clearance
Review customs documents for accuracy
Provide customer updates and resolve inquiries
Monitor emails and respond promptly
Report discrepancies to your supervisor
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent GED
Fast and accurate typing skills
Strong attention to detail and logical thinking
Proactive ability to work independently and collaboratively
Customs brokerage experience preferred, not required
