Use Excel estimating and customer support skills selling carbon steel cut parts from an Etobicoke office five days weekly. Support GTA businesses from Stoney Creek to Barrie.
This Inside Sales Estimator manages assigned accounts and new customer referrals. You will review drawing packages, price requested services, and communicate with service centers, fabricators, tool and die makers, and OEM manufacturers. The work combines estimating, account management, and some new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Review emails and drawings to identify requested services
Build Excel quotes and return pricing promptly
Manage assigned order desk accounts and follow up
Coordinate scheduling with the General Manager
Answer questions about materials, applications, and processes
Requirements:
Two to five years in sales or customer support
High school education
Intermediate Excel and Word skills
Basic AutoCAD and customer drawing comprehension
Valid driver's licence and vehicle access
Bring estimating, account management, and technical customer communication skills to carbon steel sales across the Greater Toronto Area.
