At Hubbell Utility Solutions, the Quotations Specialist manages daily quotation requirements while collaborating with stakeholders. You will analyze drawing packages, site photos, outage history, customer requests, and budgets. The position also involves presenting budgetary scopes, explaining coverage decisions, supporting project execution strategy, and reporting variances from initial scopes.
Key Responsibilities:
Build scopes for substation outage prevention requirements
Analyze customer requests, budgets, photos, and outage history
Explain coverage decisions when presenting budgetary scopes
Support project execution strategy with project management teams
Report variances after comparing site data with initial scopes
Requirements:
Business degree or equivalent practical experience
At least three years in a similar environment
Understanding of electrical utility and wildlife behavior
Solution-focused collaborative approach to working
Strong analysis, mathematics, communication, and time management skills
Bring electrical utility understanding, quantitative analysis, and collaborative communication to Hubbell Utility Solutions quotation development.
