Remote Provider Support Coordinator
Sailor Health
Remote, Canada-based Provider Support Coordinator roles at Sailor Health center on provider relationships, real-time support, and practical problem-solving. Support therapists and clinicians Monday through Friday during stated Eastern Time hours.
As a full-time coordinator, you will serve as a dedicated resource for Sailor Health's provider network. You will manage emails, answer calls, troubleshoot technology, support caseload questions, and help with provider-patient matching. The work supports mental health care for older adults.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound provider support emails and requests
Answer provider calls about logistical and technical issues
Track holds, follow-ups, and open items through resolution
Contact providers proactively to understand support needs
Deliver warm, professional, solutions-first provider service
Requirements:
Extremely organized approach with reliable follow-through
Proactive mindset when processes or instructions are unclear
Sound judgment about urgency, ownership, and escalation
Warm, empathetic, clear communication style
Flexibility to work occasionally past 6pm ET
Use relationship-building, technical troubleshooting, and careful follow-through to support Sailor Health providers remotely across Canada.
