Apply business analysis and SCM systems expertise onsite in downtown Calgary, supporting process issues, testing, and system enhancements. This is a 100% onsite contract.
InSync Systems Inc. seeks an SCM Business Analyst for a four-month contract, with possible extensions. The role supports business processes, system information, and project activities while maintaining vendor relationships for non-IT projects. You will coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to address business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Support SCM systems and applications
Investigate and resolve business process and system issues
Develop User Acceptance Testing scenarios
Track defects and validate requirements
Coordinate system enhancements with stakeholders and technical teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Two to four years of related experience
Strong business analysis and analytical skills
Experience documenting business requirements and processes
Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency
