HR Systems Specialist SuccessFactors
EY
Support HR systems at EY across Canada using SuccessFactors, data management, and operational troubleshooting. Work with stakeholders across Canadian office locations.
This HR Systems and Process Specialist supports the HR Enablement team and reports to the Senior HR Systems Specialist. The work covers SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, reporting, compliance, and time-off management. You will collaborate with Recruitment, Talent Consultants, Payroll, Total Rewards, Partnership Operations, IT, and IBM.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR data across SuccessFactors onboarding and employee modules
Audit data integrity and resolve issues with IBM
Support mass uploads, salary changes, promotions, and hires
Configure, test, and document project implementations
Troubleshoot HR systems through ServiceNow level two support
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
One to two years administering HR systems and operations
SuccessFactors experience considered an asset
Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and operations
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
