Project Context
The Project Coordinator will support the Project Management team in the execution and administration of customer projects within the industrial/process equipment sector. This role is critical for ensuring smooth project operations through documentation management, reporting, scheduling, financial tracking, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
Support Project Managers in daily project activities
Manage project documentation and ensure accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and distribute project reports
Assist in scheduling and tracking project milestones
Provide support for financial tracking and project controls activities
Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure project efficiency
Candidate Requirements :
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Basic financial understanding
Ability to learn quickly
Exposure to Project Management Office (PMO) environments
Background in Project Controls
Soft Skills

In accordance with our compensation practices, ALTEN is providing the salary range associated with this opportunity. Final compensation will be determined after considering several factors, including professional experience, skill set, educational background, certifications, and geographic market conditions. The current target salary range for this role is
$60,000 – $75,000 per year
for permanent positions or
$45 – $55 per hour
for contract roles.
