Physical Therapist Rehabilitation Carewest

Deliver rehabilitation care as a Physical Therapist with Carewest in Calgary, using focused assessment, treatment, and discharge planning. This casual day position supports recovery.
Working at Glenmore Park in Physiotherapy Subacute 1E BW, you will support adults through the Enhanced Regional Community Transition Program. The program serves medically stable adults needing assessment, recuperation, and therapy before returning to the community. Your care will promote safe, functional independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide focused assessment on rehabilitation and recovery units
Deliver treatment supporting client recovery and function
Complete discharge planning for rehabilitation clients
Assess interventions on continuing care units
Provide clinical supervision to staff and students
Requirements:
Graduate from a recognized Physical Therapy Masters or Degree program
Register with the College of Physical Therapists of Alberta
AADL authorizer experience is an asset
Clinical or continuing care physiotherapy experience is an asset
New graduates and physiotherapist interns are welcome
