This Bakery Production Manager role combines hands-on baking with supervision in a small bakery team. You will help ensure products are produced at the highest quality and delivered on time for customer needs. Success calls for production forecasting, critical thinking, communication, and prior supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Review production needs and adjust output levels
Set production schedules for timely product availability
Work alongside staff to bake from scratch
Develop production staff through training and management

Requirements:
