Client Care Supervisor RPN

Lead community-based geriatric and adult care as an RPN Client Care Supervisor with RNS Health Care Services in Central West.
This full-time, salaried, 14-month contract supervises PSWs and supports regulatory care standards. You will mentor staff, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and strengthen client relationships. Home care experience is a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide Personal Support Workers
Oversee daily operations and regulatory care standards
Conduct evaluations, training, and PSW mentoring
Collaborate on care plans with healthcare professionals
Address client and family concerns
Requirements:
Mandatory Registered Practical Nurse certification
Current good-standing College of Nurses of Ontario registration
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
Negative two-step Mantoux TB test and recent police check
Use RPN leadership, community care, and collaboration skills to support clients, families, and PSWs across Central West.
