Community Pharmacy Patient Care Pharmacist

Deliver patient-focused care through medication reviews, injections, prescription counseling, and accurate dispensing at Walmart’s Windsor pharmacy.
As a Staff Pharmacist, you provide care shaped by patient consultations and file reviews. You assist the Pharmacy Manager across Pharmacy Operations, maintain product storage, and help ensure the pharmacy remains operational during posted business hours. You also support eligible patient services and business action plans.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide care specific to each patient’s needs
Ensure excellent patient experience throughout pharmacy interactions
Ensure patients receive eligible medication reviews and injections
Maintain proper storage of pharmaceutical products
Help execute the business action plan with the Pharmacy Manager
Requirements:

Hold a current Pharmacist License
Be 16 years of age or older
Counsel patients on pharmaceutical products
Operate all pharmacy equipment, including registers and computers
Follow provincial regulatory requirements
Bring patient care, prescription counseling, and pharmacy operations expertise to Walmart’s Staff Pharmacist position in Windsor.
