Grain Elevator Maintenance Technician

Support grain elevator reliability in Tisdale as a Facility Assistant (Maintenance), troubleshooting machinery and completing preventative maintenance safely.
P&H’s Grain & Crop Inputs Division is hiring a full-time, permanent Facility Assistant (Maintenance). This position assists overall facility operation and production targets while providing customer service and leadership to Facility Assistants. Duties include repairing grain and fertilizer equipment, maintaining machinery, supporting housekeeping, and operating facility equipment. The role also requires monitoring safe operating procedures and maintaining related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and diagnose malfunctioning grain elevator machinery
Complete repairs and project work on facility equipment
Perform cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance
Support housekeeping and safe operational work areas
Assist fertilizer blending and operational facility tasks
Requirements:
Ticketed Millwright qualification
Thorough grain industry and elevator equipment knowledge
Maintenance and repair experience with grain elevator equipment
Health and Safety training with safe-work commitment
Post-secondary agriculture or business education preferred
Bring elevator maintenance experience, diagnostic ability, and safe-work leadership to P&H’s grain operations in Tisdale.
