Coordinate parts movement, inventory accuracy, and deliveries for Uptime Industrial’s Alternative Fuel Transportation client across multiple regional sites.
The Shop/Inventory Coordinator reports to the Assistant Operations Manager and works with up to 18 sites and various contractors. Responsibilities include inspecting incoming parts, maintaining records, assembling packages, and arranging deliveries. The position requires independent organization, sound judgment, and responsive customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect deliveries and match parts against order specifications
Organize designated storage areas for safe identification
Track parts entering and leaving inventory
Arrange Vancouver Island and Kelowna inventory deliveries
Maintain accurate documentation for delivered parts
Requirements:

Solid understanding of parts and inventory management
Ability to shift tasks as operational priorities change
Good knowledge of Microsoft office or parts software
Valid Class 5 Driver's License with clean abstract
Valid forklift certification and customer service commitment
Bring careful parts inspection, inventory tracking, and delivery coordination to Uptime Industrial’s multi-site service operations.
