Foreign Exchange Trade Support Analyst

As an Analyst on the Middle Office Trade Support team, you will help book, verify, and process FX activities. The position supports spot, forwards, swaps, reconciliations, exceptions, and post-trade events. It suits new graduates or professionals with one to two years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Book and verify spot, forward, and swap trades
Perform reconciliations across internal and external systems
Process compressions, backloads, and post-trade events
Manage exception queues and escalate operational issues
Support clearing within required regulatory timeframes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar
One to two years' Middle Office or Operations experience preferred
Foundational understanding of Foreign Exchange products preferred
Interest in financial services and capital markets operations
Ability to learn capital markets platforms and infrastructure
Build FX operations expertise through trade booking, reconciliation, exception management, and accurate Middle Office support in Toronto.
