Store Planning Project Coordinator
ALDO Group
Support ALDO and Call It Spring store planning through AutoCAD, project scheduling, and coordinated delivery across North America.
The Project Coordinator helps maintain and enhance ALDO Group corporate stores across Canada and the United States. Reporting to the Director of Retail Space Management — North America, this role supports minor renovations, reconfigurations, deployments, closures, and store assets. You will coordinate design standards, suppliers, field partners, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Review renovation and minor reconfiguration plans
Coordinate furniture, fixtures, displays, repairs, and replacements
Follow up on deliveries and customs documentation
Develop project schedules and budgets
Research practical solutions to operational issues
Requirements:
Project management, architecture, or design education is an asset
Experience with retail planning, construction, or renovations
AutoCAD and Autodesk Design Review experience is an asset
Organized, resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Bring store planning knowledge, design coordination, and analytical judgment to ALDO Group retail environments and project delivery.
