The assignment involves outdoor operation of a side boom to move and set pipe, alongside material handling and equipment duties. You will complete inspections, attend required safety meetings, and follow company, client, and OH&S standards. Candidates need five-plus years of industrial equipment operation, a valid operator’s card, CSO certification, and physical ability to lift 50 pounds.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete pre-job inspections of operating equipment
Attend required safety and toolbox meetings
Operate side boom safely and effectively outdoors
Load and unload materials and equipment
Move materials, snow, dirt, and set pipe
Requirements:
Five-plus years operating equipment on industrial worksites
Valid operator’s card for utilized equipment
CSO required for this assignment
Organized and self-motivated work approach
Pre-employment alcohol and drug testing condition
Support CNRL Horizon Sustaining with dependable sideboom operation, inspections, material movement, and strict safety compliance.
