Food Assistant Store Manager

Lead food store operations at Walmart in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, supporting sales growth, customer service, and Associate direction. This position requires cross-functional store leadership.
As Food Assistant Manager, you support the Store Manager and manage operations according to Company guidelines. You drive profitable sales through goals, forecasts, budget management, and financial analysis. You also coordinate operational plans, merchandise presentation, pricing, safety, and compliance across the store.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and profit goals through reports and forecasts
Prioritize operational plans and direct Managers and Associates
Monitor asset protection, safety, quality, and compliance controls
Resolve customer needs, complaints, and issues within guidelines
Develop Associates through feedback, training, and recognition
Requirements:
Be at least 16 years old
Ability to manage store operations according to Company guidelines
Ability to analyze sales and financial reports
Ability to communicate direction and interpret sales results
Ability to handle merchandise and cash controls
Support Walmart store leadership in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield through sales management, operational oversight, and Associate development.
