Store Management oversees the total operation of a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. The position manages Guest Services, controls expenses, and supports seasonal store execution. Responsibilities include staffing, shrink, merchandising, inventory control, setup, pack-up, and teardown.

Oversee total store operations and accountability
Establish and maintain Guest Services

Requirements:

Prior retail management experience required
Minimum age requirement of 21
Flexible schedule availability
Stand and walk for eight or more hours
Lift or move up to 50 pounds
