This Millwright role focuses on installing, aligning, and maintaining pumps, conveyors, machinery, and related systems. You will support equipment reliability through inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, adjustments, and overhauls.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and align industrial mechanical equipment and machinery
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities
Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize equipment downtime
Complete repairs using hand tools and power tools
Document work performed and parts used accurately
Requirements:
Certified Millwright, Red Seal, journeyperson, or significant relevant experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and industrial maintenance experience
Ability to read drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
Knowledge of lockout/tagout and industrial safety standards
Ability to lift, climb, and work at heights or confined spaces
Use preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair skills to support safe industrial operations for Monster Industries LTD in Kitimat.
