As a Recruitment Consultant in staffing services, you will recruit for general labour, warehouse, forklift, manufacturing, and logistics roles. The work requires candidate-facing communication, client service, ATS activity, and structured follow-up. You will help workers arrive prepared, supported, and ready for assignments while managing changing demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates for high-volume operational staffing roles
Build ready-to-go pipelines for changing client demand
Manage time-sensitive ATS activity supporting payroll and compliance
Follow up with candidates before scheduled site arrivals
Coach temporary workers throughout their assignments
Requirements:
Recruiting experience in high-volume or operational roles
Comfort managing frequent last-minute changes
Strong skills motivating and coaching candidates
Client-service mindset with account management confidence
ATS experience and employment standards understanding
