Civil Site Delivery Sub Agent

Drive site delivery for Carmichael as an experienced Sub Agent, combining commercial control, resource management, and civil engineering knowledge. Full driving licence is required.
You will maintain contract performance while delivering small-value sites or assisting larger schemes. The position combines commercial tension, programme supervision, resource records, construction coordination, and customer representation. You will also promote safe working cultures, environmental compliance, quality assurance, and accurate project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain commercial performance and maximise project value
Manage project programmes and supervise delivery
Ensure staff and subcontractors meet competencies and qualifications
Maintain accurate site diaries, records, and QA files
Liaise with customers, public bodies, and government agencies
Requirements:
Considerable civil engineering experience
Knowledge of CDM, programme, risk, and cost control
Ability to understand drawings and specifications
CSCS, SMSTS, NEBOSH or IOSH, and driving licence
Ability to motivate teams toward high compliance standards
Strengthen Carmichael project delivery through commercial awareness, resource control, and disciplined civil engineering site management.
