Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate learning with varied instructional methods
Deliver engaging instruction across Educational Assistant courses
Consult students about progress and practicum preparation
Monitor engagement, attendance, conduct, and performance concerns
Participate in curriculum review and program improvement
Requirements:
Relevant certificate, diploma, or degree
Minimum three years supporting diverse learners
Experience in schools or specialized learning environments
Understanding of accommodations and inclusive education principles
Current Vulnerable Sector clearance and crisis intervention certification
Use inclusive teaching, learner coaching, and educational support knowledge to prepare students for effective educational assistance work.
